- Faculty and Staff Appreciation - organizes and volunteers to help at specific hospitality related events for our awesome NGHS faculty and staff. You don't have to cook ... they like Publix and Kroger and Costco cookies! Sign up if you can send in some cookies or brownies.
- Membership - manages our local NGHS PTSA membership program.
- Reflections - manage our local Reflections Program. Mainly responsible to help with organizing entries and having them judged. We do not have a reception at the high school level .. winners are announced online and in email. 4 Visual Art and 4 photography entries will need to be prepared and taken to the Gwinnett County judging. Main time frame is October for this volunteer position.
- Scholarship - Each year the NGHS PTSA awards scholarships to students. This position will work with Administration to coordinate awards and if need be sit in on interviews for award applicants. Time frame for this position is April.
- 12th grade, Senior Committee - this committee is established to help and support any and all Senior Activities. All details, activities and dates are handled by the school. Visit NGHS Seniors Website for more information regarding Senior Activities.
- General Volunteer - Individuals, parents or students, who can assist on occasion at various events or help with various administrative activities.
The mission of the PTSA is to support and speak on behalf of children and youth; assist parents in developing skills to raise and protect their children; and encourage parent and public involvement in the schools of this nation.
